Park Brown has been retained by a leading global cryptocurrency exchange to appoint an Affiliate Business Development Manager, based in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to join one of the world's most established digital asset platforms and play a key role in driving customer acquisition across the Australian market.

Reporting into the regional growth team, you'll be responsible for identifying, securing and growing relationships with high-value affiliates, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, trading communities and strategic partners. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build commercially successful partnerships that generate sustainable customer growth and strengthen the company's presence within Australia's rapidly evolving digital assets ecosystem.

This is a highly commercial role offering significant autonomy, where you'll work closely with regional and global stakeholders to shape affiliate strategy, expand strategic partnerships and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the affiliate partnerships strategy across the Australian market.
- Identify, engage and onboard high-quality affiliates and strategic partners, including KOLs, influencers, trading communities, publishers, educators, event organisers and businesses with relevant customer communities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective affiliate partners, creating long-term commercial opportunities that drive customer acquisition.
- Develop compelling commercial propositions and negotiate partnership agreements through to successful contract execution.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, acting as their primary point of contact and supporting their continued success.
- Develop, manage and optimise affiliate campaigns to maximise acquisition, engagement and commercial performance.
- Analyse campaign performance and partner activity, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer quality and return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing,



growth and commercial teams to align affiliate initiatives with wider business objectives.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences and community initiatives where appropriate to strengthen market presence and expand the affiliate network.

About You You'll be an experienced affiliate partnerships or business development professional with a robust network across the cryptocurrency industry and a proven track record of driving customer acquisition through strategic partnerships.

You'll likely bring

- 3+ years' experience in affiliate partnerships, business development or growth within the cryptocurrency, digital assets or Web3 sector.
- A well-established network of affiliates, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, trading communities and strategic partners within the Australian cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling affiliate programmes that deliver measurable commercial results.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating partnership agreements and managing long-term strategic relationships.
- A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret campaign performance, customer acquisition metrics and affiliate KPIs to optimise results.
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
