Play a key role in shaping our performance across our Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) business. Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Hemmant site, you wil be responsible for the safety and day to day manufacturing and logistics of the shift.

You will be coordinating the operational activities of the shift including management of production staff, including employee performance and safe operations, quality of work and implementation of improvement processes. Lead and support Operators and Dispatch Coordinators to achieve team success

Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance standards are met

Manage shift operations to deliver production and performance KPIs

Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Control labour and operational costs to maximise efficiency

Ensure teams are appropriately trained, qualified, and resourced for safe operations The working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 1:00pm – 9:00pm and includes a 15% afternoon shift allowance.
