Agentic AI Engineer – Tech Lead

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in production Azure environments.
- Robust hands-on experience with Python and scripting.
- Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or similar.
- Experience building RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-powered applications.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Experience with Azure PaaS services including Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, App Services, Container Apps/AKS, APIM, Azure Functions, Storage, Monitor, and Application Insights.
- Experience with Azure Cosmos DB (MongoDB API preferred) and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Zero-Trust networking, and secretless authentication using Entra ID and Managed Identities.
- Experience implementing enterprise observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus,



Grafana, LangSmith, or similar tools.
- Experience with AI/LLM Gateway patterns, model routing, and integration with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI services.

Preferred
- Experience with LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Databricks, MLflow, AKS, and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or other foundation models.
- Previous experience leading AI engineering teams and delivering production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
