BDS Mechanical Repairs Aus is seeking an experienced Agricultural Mechanic to join our Roma team in a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidates will possess the following:
- Relevant trade qualification
- Diagnostic experience
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Experience with AG/Farm machinery
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Additional skills, experience, tickets, and licences will be highly regarded
Your duties will include:
- Diesel engine diagnostics & repair, major and minor rebuilds
- General Repairs/maintenance works on AG/Farm machinery
- Replacing vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions and braking systems
- Checking vehicle lighting systems
- Test driving vehicles to gauge performance
- Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles
- Adhering to an inspection procedure checklist
