About The Role We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Anaesthetic Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic clinical team on a full time basis. Great work/ life balance - Monday to Friday versatile roster, no on-call, public holidays off. Occasional optional weekend shifts available.
Duties And Responsibilities This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care
Ensure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgery
Ensure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focus
Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complications
Deliver education and support to patients for the management of their recovery
RN's supervise and support Enrolled Nurses on shift About You You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
You will have: Solid experience in perioperative Anaesthetic nursing
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled nurse
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills A true commitment to delivering high quality patient care Experience in below specialties desirable

Junction Private Hospital is a boutique, purpose-built hospital with modern facilities, specialising in a range of specialties including Ophthalmology, ENT Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Moh’s, General Surgery, and IVF. Our hospital includes 4 operating theatres, a Day Surgery Unit and a 7 bed overnight ward.
