maintain and enhance our API platforms.

The role will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, managing coding enhancements (Java, Spring Boot), and facilitating smooth application management and change deployments. Due to the secure nature of this role, we are looking for candidates that has Australian citizenship and has the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Management: Ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of API gateways and integrations
- Development & Bug Fixing: Perform coding and code-level troubleshooting using Java and Spring Boot
- ITSM Execution: Handle deep-dive Incident Management and Problem Management to resolve L3 technical escalations
- Change Enablement: Package, test, and deploy API updates, configurations, and platform changes
