This meeting provides you and the School the opportunity to determine that there is valuable fit in relation to the role, team and School.

Interview or Lesson Demonstration Depending on a number of factors, we may invite you back for a second interview or lesson demonstration.





Reference Checks The quality of our work is at the forefront of what we do at Knox. To ensure a continuously high standard, the People and Culture Department will carry out reference checks (with your express consent). At this stage, our People and Culture Advisors may also ask for additional documentation and certificates needed to proceed with your application.

Contract Offer

Once all relevant information has been discussed or obtained, and a hiring decision has been made, the People and Culture department will contact you with an offer and to discuss next steps regarding contract formalities.
