About Us Entire Air Conditioning Solutions (EAS) is a Brisbane-based, small close-knit HVAC company delivering quality-driven installation, service, and repairs across residential homes and commercial projects.

We work with Residential homes, schools, childcare centres, high-rise buildings, offices, and new home builds throughout South-East Queensland.

The Role

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Apprentice (1 st or 2nd year) to join our growing team. You’ll enjoy a mix of residential and commercial installations and servicing, supported by a professional team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and teamwork.

You’ll work across

- Residential homes and commercial sites
- Split & ducted systems, smart zoning (e.g. AirTouch 5), and ventilation systems




- VRV/VRF systems (experience beneficial but not essential)
- Fault-finding, commissioning, and maintenance
- Occasional after-hours works for key clients (with overtime)

What You’ll Need

- Current driver’s licence and White Card
- Strong communication and attention to detail

- Reliable and Punctual

- Strong work ethic
- Ability to do a reasonable amount of overtime when required
