We're partnering with one of Australia's most respected and fastest-growing hospitality groups to appoint an Area Manager who genuinely enjoys developing people, improving performance and building strong teams.
This is a business with a clear vision for the future. New restaurant openings are already planned, the leadership team is investing heavily in its people, and they're looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey rather than simply manage the day-to-day.
The Opportunity
You'll take responsibility for a portfolio of corporate and franchised restaurants, partnering closely with Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners to deliver outstanding operational performance, exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial results.
You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, influence outcomes and help shape the next generation of leaders within the business.
This is a highly visible role where your ability to coach, challenge and inspire others will have a direct impact on the success of the operation.
About You
You're an experienced multi-site hospitality leader who enjoys being in restaurants,
supporting teams and helping people perform at their best.
You'll ideally bring
Experience leading multiple hospitality venues across a multi-site portfolio
Exposure to franchise operations (highly regarded)
A strong track record of coaching and developing Restaurant Managers
Commercial confidence with labour, cost control and financial performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence
Resilience, accountability and a hands-on approach A genuine passion for hospitality and developing great people
