We’re seeking a friendly, proactive and customer-focused team member to support our arts programs, exhibitions, tutors, students, and visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, people-centred role where every day brings something a bit different.

You’ll be:

- Welcoming visitors and responding to customer queries with warmth and professionalism.
- Assisting students with course information and enrolments — in person and online.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting room hire bookings and ensuring spaces are organised, tidy and ready for use.
- Assisting the curatorial team with exhibitions at the Centre.
- Updating online class information, mailing lists and stationery supplies.
- Producing simple social media content to promote classes, exhibitions and events.
- Supporting the daily set-up and closing of the Centre.
- Providing general administrative support to the Tresillian Arts Centre Coordinator.

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who brings positive energy, attention to detail and a passion for great customer service.

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong customer service and administration skills.
- Confident using Word, Excel, electronic document systems and online booking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational and time-management abilities.




- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team.
- Knowledge and practical experience with curating and hanging artworks.
- Good problem-solving skills and a calm, helpful approach.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Demonstrated experience curating and hanging art exhibitions.

Qualifications & Licences

- Current National Police Clearance.
- Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical
