One of Australia's most active data and AI consulting practices is scaling its Anthropic capability to meet a growing pipeline of client engagements. This is a genuine build phase, not a backfill, driven by accelerating demand for Agentic AI across financial services, government, and enterprise clients.

The role

You'll join a team at the leading edge of enterprise Agentic AI delivery in Australia, building production-grade solutions using the Claude API. This isn't experimentation or prototyping, it's real client engagements: designing agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and tool-use integrations that ship into production and get used by real business teams at scale.

What you'll bring

- Genuine hands-on production experience with the Claude API (direct integration is preferred)




- Strong Python engineering fundamentals
- Experience with agentic frameworks, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, or MCP integrations
- Comfortable working directly with client stakeholders to shape solutions, not just execute tickets
- Strong communication is a must-have

Good to have

- Claude Certified Architect certification
- Consulting or client-facing delivery background
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration tooling
