Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 190 commercial, industrial and retail assets
- Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee lease administration, lease renewals and rent reviews
- Negotiate leases and manage tenancy fit-outs and make-good works
- Coordinate maintenance and oversee contracto
