Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to join our brand new Lara Lakes service. This is a unique opportunity to support the opening of a current centre, work alongside an experienced Centre Manager, and help build a positive team culture from day one.

About Lara Lakes
Our brand new, purpose built Lara Lakes centre has been designed to provide exceptional early learning in a modern, inspiring environment. As a foundation team member, you will play a key role in establishing strong relationships with families, mentoring educators, and creating a welcoming culture within the service.
The Opportunity Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will support the leadership and day to day operations of the service while helping to deliver outstanding educational outcomes and a positive experience for children, families, and educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Manager with the day to day leadership and operations of the service
- Mentor and inspire educators to deliver high quality educational programs
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services Regulations, and company policies
- Assist with enrolments, occupancy, rostering, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture
- Support the Centre Manager in achieving quality, operational, and financial goals
About You You are an organised and passionate leader with:
- ACECQA approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience as an Assistant Centre Manager, Educational Leader, Lead Educator, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Regulations
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence leading teams and supporting educators
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check
- Experience using XAP or similar childcare management software is desirable
