About you You’ll be collaborative, positive and bring a solution focus while loving empowering others to succeed. With the ability to build strong relationships, role model values and support a team thrive you’ll be dedicated to developing an environment where care and quality are not just goals for the future, it’s how we do things now. You’ll bring some great experience with you including: Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Experience leading, mentoring and coaching
Sound knowledge of quality and learning frameworks
Strong communication and relationship skills
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR certification
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
