Assistant Development Manager | Residential Developer

Capstone Recruitment is partnering with a well established, well capitalised private property developer with a residential apartment pipeline exceeding $2 billion. An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Development Manager to join the Sydney team, working closely with the Development Director across both acquisitions and live projects.

This role will suit a Valuer with residential development experience, a Development Analyst, or an existing Assistant Development Manager looking to broaden their exposure. You'll play a key role in feasibility analysis, acquisitions, and project delivery, gaining genuine end to end development experience within a high performing team.

Key responsibilities:

- Support acquisitions through feasibility analysis and due diligence
- Assist with the delivery of current residential apartment developments




- Prepare and update financial feasibilities and development appraisals
- Work closely with consultants, stakeholders, and the Development Director throughout the development lifecycle

About you:

- Experience in residential apartment development, valuation, or development analysis
- Strong financial modelling and feasibility skills
- EstateMaster experience is highly desirable
- Commercially minded with solid analytical and communication skills
