About the role Working with the Farm Manager and site leadership team, you will influence operational planning, workforce performance, safety and cost control at a large almond orchard near Piangil. You will balance visible field leadership with administration and deputise for the Farm Manager when required.

- Develop permanent,
contractor and seasonal workforce capability
- Drive safe delivery of horticultural, machinery and harvest programs
- Inform decisions through accurate budgets, cost control and reporting
- Support site improvements and act for the Farm Manager when required Skills & experience - Demonstrated farm-management or equivalent operational leadership experience
- Strong workforce leadership across practical agricultural operations
- Sound judgement, communication and problem-solving capability
- Competence in administration, financial controls and Microsoft Excel
