What you'll be doing

- Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and agribusiness customers.
- Build strong client relationships while delivering tailored banking solutions.
- Analyse financial information and prepare credit submissions and lending recommendations.
- Support deal structuring and identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Assist in managing portfolio risk while ensuring compliance and credit quality.
- Develop the commercial acumen and relationship skills required to progress into a Relationship Manager role.

- An early-career finance professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in commercial or agribusiness lending.

You'll also bring:
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience or exposure to credit assessment, cash flow analysis or commercial lending.
- Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business (preferred).
- A genuine interest in supporting regional businesses and local communities.
