Foundry Talent Partners is partnering with a private credit fund to appoint an Assistant Relationship Manager within its Real Estate team.
This is an chance for someone with 2–5 years' experience in property finance to work alongside experienced Relationship Managers / BDMs, supporting the origination, structuring and execution of commercial real estate lending transactions ranging from $1mil - $40mil.
You'll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of investment, development and commercial property transactions while building your career within a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the structuring and execution of commercial real estate lending transactions.
- Financial analysis and credit assessment of investment and development opportunities.
- Preparing credit submissions and transaction papers.
- Cash flow modelling and financial analysis.
- Supporting the management of an existing client portfolio.
- Coordinating transaction execution through to settlement.
- Liaising with valuers, solicitors, brokers and other key stakeholders.
- Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Commercial Real Estate or Property Finance within a bank.
- Real Estate Debt Advisory.
- Property Finance or Capital Advisory.
- A non-bank lender with exposure to commercial real estate lending.
- Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
