How You Will Do It:

-Lead and manage the branch team

-Evaluate and improve the branch's workflows and efficiency

-Drives sales through effective merchandising and promotional activity

-Build up strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaints resolution

-Ensure the branch achieves its business targets and financial KPIs

-Continuously optimize the branch's customer service quality

What we look for:

-With at least 10 years solid working experience in retail industry preferably with 6 years in jewellry or management

-Familiarity with jewelry products, marketing strategies, and risk management

-Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with proficiency in both written and spoken communication

-Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively to achieve branch goals

-Excellent communication and coordination abilities, especially when interacting with customers and colleagues





-A strong customer service mindset and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

-Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure branch adherence

-Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft applications

Candidates with more solid & relevant working experience and management in jewellery retail industry will be considered for the post of Sales Manager
