M.J. Bale is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Assistant Store Business Manager to help lead our Mosman store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader—or an exceptional salesperson ready for their next step—to take greater ownership, develop a high-performing team and deliver an elevated customer experience.

Mosman is a relationship-driven store where personalised service, strong product knowledge and genuine customer connections are essential. Working closely with the Store Business Manager, you will help drive commercial performance while creating a store environment in which both customers and employees feel valued.

The Prospect As Assistant Store Business

Manager, you will be a key leader within the store and play an important role in its ongoing success.

You Will

Partner with the Store Business Manager to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

Lead from the front and create an energetic, customer-focused store environment.

Coach, motivate and develop team members to perform at their best.

Build lasting relationships with customers through personalised styling and exceptional service.

Grow the store’s local client base and encourage repeat business.

Develop strong knowledge of M.J. Bale products, fabrics, fits and styling.

Support visual merchandising, stock management and daily store operations.

Maintain high standards of presentation, compliance and operational excellence.





Confidently step into the Store Business Manager role when required.

Identify opportunities to improve performance and contribute ideas that support store growth.

Previous experience in a retail leadership, supervisory or senior sales role.
