We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our growing QSR business.
Work alongside your team, lead from the front, drive sales and deliver great customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role with no late nights and genuine career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the team.
- Drive sales and upselling.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and store standards.
- Assist with rostering, stock and training.
- Deliver company KPIs and operational standards.
- Support the Store Manager with daily operations.
About You
- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail or QSR.
- Energetic, hands-on and customer focused.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain.
