What You Bring to the Table:

- 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets!).
- A track record of team development and business growth.
- Experience managing teams of 2-5 people is required.
- A passion for premium customer service.
- Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.
- Bonus: Tertiary education and retail operations experience.
