Our Clients: Our clients are a leading mid-sized boutique wealth management firm (40+ staff) based in Sydney that focus on providing advice to High-Net-Worth clients. They are currently experiencing growth at the moment and looking for an Associate Adviser / Experienced CSM to join their team.

They have a unique model where they are a high touch, low volume business with a heap of support, so your time will be spent focusing on strategy and overseeing workflow.

We are also open to seeing Senior Client Service Managers for this position if you have a strong understanding of strategic advice.

The Role:

- Join meetings with the Partner to meet with new clients to provide strategic and quality advice
- Work with complex advice across; structures, trusts, superannuation, SMSF, etc.
- Manage workflow for the outsource administration and paraplanning team.
- Overtime, manage your own book of clients and progress to being a financial adviser.




- Provide quality advice for clients on complex decisions they need to make regarding their wealth.
- Accurately assess Client’s needs, objectives and risk tolerance and formulate an effective financial plan / strategy to meet their needs.

Experience:

- 3+ years’ experience in Financial Planning
- FASEA Approved degree/qualifications
- Insurance and paraplanning experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
