What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead all cost planning, estimation, and budget control for large-scale DC builds.
- Deliver strategic commercial and procurement advice to clients at every stage
- Manage tenders, contract administration, and value engineering initiatives
- Oversee forecasting, cost reporting, and final accounts with precision and confidence
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping shape the next generation of talent

About You

- Proven experience in MEP cost management/quantity surveying within a consultancy workplace




- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering
- Chartered (MRICS / AIQS) status or actively pursuing accreditation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
