? Rare Associate Director Position progression to Partner - Brisbane Southside! ?

THE FIRM A highly successful & long standing firm situated on Brisbane's southside is seeking an experienced Associate Director or Senior Manager to help lead this firm moving forward. You will be supported by the current directors and senior leadership.

This isn't a standard accounting role! The firm provides high level support to their clients, it's not just a compliance based firm with clients receiving specialised CFO Advisory Services.

THE ROLE

- Lead a dedicated accounting team including intermediates to managers & admin
- End to end tax offering including bookkeeping, tax compliance and specialist advisory services
- Broad base of clients from most industry sectors, including large
- Business development skills can be taught as this is already an existing large portfolio of fees
- First point of contact for potential new & existing clients
- Ability to scope and price work

THE REQUIREMENTS





- Minimum 10 + years experience working in an accounting firm
- Proven experience managing staff and their workflow while meeting deadlines on time
- Strong knowledge around technology and software's
- A personable and professional demeanor with ability to think 'outside the box'
- Ability to think commercially and help clients grow their businesses
- Excellent attention to detail & good organisational / prioritisation skills
