We are seeking a high-performing Associate Director to join our growing Transaction Advisory team and play a pivotal role in delivering financial due diligence and transaction services to private equity firms, corporate investors, and privately owned businesses.

Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will lead complex engagements, provide trusted advice to clients throughout the deal lifecycle, and help shape the continued growth of a dynamic and ambitious practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of financial due diligence engagements across a diverse range of transactions, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution.
- Partner with Directors and Partners to advise clients on complex transaction matters, including deal structuring considerations, valuation impacts, and key transaction risks.
- Provide expert analysis and insights on quality of earnings, working capital requirements, cash flow drivers, and other critical deal metrics.
- Identify and communicate commercial risks and opportunities to support informed investment and transaction decisions.
- Manage project workflows, resources, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, fostering both technical capability and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and contribute to business development activities.
- Support the ongoing growth and strategic development of the Transaction Advisory practice.





About You You are a commercially minded and technically strong transaction services professional who enjoys working closely with clients and leading teams through complex and fast-moving transactions.

You will bring

- Significant experience in Transaction Services and Financial Due Diligence gained within a leading advisory, accounting, or professional services firm.
- Deep technical expertise in financial analysis, quality of earnings assessments, working capital reviews, and transaction risk evaluation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify key deal drivers and provide practical, value-adding recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience leading engagements, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality client outcomes.
- Proven leadership capability, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage directly with senior executives, investors, and business owners.
- CA or CPA qualification (essential).
