About the Role

FivePearls Funds Management is looking for an Associate, Investor Relations & Capital Raising to work closely alongside our senior leadership team as a junior associate on the capital raising cycle. You'll help run the day-to-day of the revenue engine, managing the calendar, pipeline, and follow-up cadence, while also getting hands-on with outbound calling, appointment booking, and pitching funds directly to prospects.

You'll onboard by training and shadowing across the revenue team, so you'll get exposure to the full investor journey, from calendar and pipeline management, through outbound conversations, to a clean handover once an investor commits.

What You'll Do

Revenue Operations & Planning Organise and manage the revenue team's calendar, pipeline, and follow-up cadence, coordinating closely with our senior leadership team around partner meetings, events, and other revenue-related engagements. This is a core part of the role, not an add-on.

Capital Raising Support & Outbound Support the SLT's capital raising cycle day-to-day, making outbound calls, booking appointments, and pitching funds directly to prospects and referrals as part of a broader capital raising support function.





Investor Handover Manage a clean handover to our Fund Operations team once an investor commits.

AI-Driven Process Improvement Use AI tools (including Claude) to build and maintain email templates and repeatable processes, continually improving how the revenue engine runs.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1–2 years' experience in a sales or investor relations setting; financial services industry experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools, particularly Claude

Nice-to-haves

- Additional qualification in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field
