About the roles Professional Indemnity: Associate (3+ PQE) & Senior Associate (5+ PQE)

- Defending claims against director & officers matters, companies and professionals.
- Emphasis on legal, financial services, construction and property industries.
- Associate – really looking for someone who can hit the ground running in the above areas.
- Senior Associate – manage your own files, mentor juniors, transparent pathway to partnership.

Employment: Senior Associate (5+ PQE)

- Mixture of front-end advisory and back-end litigation.
- Front-end advisory: employment terms and conditions, performance management, enterprise agreements…
- Back-end litigation: unfair dismissal, general protections, sexual harassment and discrimination…
- Experience appearing in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, Family Court, Fair Work Commission & relevant tribunals

Medical Negligence: Associate / Senior Associate (3-7 PQE)

- Act for hospitals, clinics, medical and allied health professionals and other health care providers.
- Wide variety of claims covering disciplinary proceedings, litigation and coronial inquests.
- Work with 2 partners who are consistently regarded as leading specialists in medical negligence and insurance litigation.

Property Damage: Senior Associate / Special Counsel





- Broad mix of public liability and general insurance matters, with an emphasis on property damage claims and recoveries.
- Carriage of matters form instruction through to resolution.
- Clear and transparent pathway to partnership.

Historic abuse and personal injury: Senior Associate / Special Counsel

- Government & Institutional abuse claims, bodily injury, products liability, and policy coverage advice.
- Represent churches, schools, associations and government bodies across primary, settlement revisit claims, and secondary victim claims.
- Work with a leading specialist and academic in the field.
