We have an opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our Litigation team in Sydney working in a team headed by Partner, Robyn Brewster.

About the team and the work

- Work alongside recognised leaders in defendant insurance and personal injury litigation, known for her technical expertise and client-focused approach.
- Gain exposure to high-value and complex litigated matters, including public liability and dust diseases claims.
- Build strong client relationships and become a trusted adviser to a sophisticated portfolio of government, self-insured and corporate clients.
- Enjoy a high degree of autonomy in managing matters, with support and mentorship tailored to your level of experience.
- We welcome applications from experienced Associates seeking to step into a Senior Associate role, as well as established Senior Associates looking to further develop their practice within a leading insurance litigation team.

About you

- 3+ years' post-admission experience in defendant insurance litigation, ideally with exposure to workers' compensation, common law personal injury and/or public liability matters.
- Demonstrated experience managing litigated matters with a high level of autonomy, while knowing when to seek guidance on complex issues.
- Strong technical legal skills, with the ability to provide strategic and commercially focused advice to clients.
