Our Property & Buildings team is a specialist engineering group delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across the built environment. We are growing our Building Services team in Sydney and are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level to help lead and deliver major projects across Australia.

The Opportunity Role As part of our Building Services team, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex, high-profile projects across multiple sectors, including:

- Transport infrastructure and major precinct developments
- Luxury commercial and mixed-use projects
- Defence and secure facilities
- Data centres and mission critical environments
- Healthcare and social infrastructure

You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, from concept through to detailed design and delivery, while working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams to achieve cutting-edge and sustainable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Lead electrical design delivery on large and complex projects
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across the team
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth




- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions
- Support project performance across programme, budget and quality outcomes
- Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Brisbane business

About You

- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive experience in building services consulting
- Proven track record delivering large-scale or technically complex projects
- Experience across sectors such as infrastructure, defence, healthcare or data centres
- Strong understanding of Australian standards and industry practices
- Well-developed leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
