Apprenticeships Are Us is seeking a motivated 1st Year Light Vehicle Apprentice to join one of our host employers in Silverwater, NSW. You'll gain hands-on experience in a professional workshop while completing an AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology.

No experience? No problem. If you have a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the automotive industry, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside qualified technicians, you'll learn how to:

- Service and maintain a wide range of vehicles.

- Diagnose and repair engine, brake, steering, suspension and electrical systems.





- Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.

- Replace and repair mechanical components.

- Conduct vehicle inspections, testing and performance checks.

- Use modern diagnostic equipment and workshop tools safely and effectively.

- Follow manufacturer procedures and workplace safety standards.

- Support the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop while developing your trade skills.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and ready to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
