Our client, a technology-forward government agency, is looking for 2x AI Agent Developers to join their team. You will be responsible for designing, building, deploying and maintaining AI-powered applications, agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services and Azure AI Foundry.

In this role you will perform the following tasks but not limited to:

- Design, build, deploy and maintain AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Azure AI and Azure AI Foundry.
- Configure agents for summarisation, document drafting, decision support and other business needs.
- Integrate agents with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and other enterprise data sources.
- Improve prompts, workflows and templates while ensuring security, privacy, scalability and responsible AI compliance.
- Support architecture, service transition, user training, adoption, performance evaluation and continuous improvement.

To be successful, you must have the following skills experiences:
- Experience configuring, administering and deploying secure AI agents using Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.




- Practical expertise in generative AI, enterprise prompt engineering and tailoring agents to user needs.
- Robust experience integrating scalable AI solutions with cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, ethical deployment, bias and fairness.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience supporting training, change and user adoption.
- Baseline clearance

You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible to apply. This is a Canberra-based role. Flexible/hybrid options are available, subject to agreement with the Hiring Manager.
