You'll play a key role in designing, building, and supporting enterprise-grade integrations that connect our products, customers, and platforms. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll help deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing solutions that support thousands of users.

What you'll be doing:

- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS.
- Build secure, high-performance REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
- Develop integrations across enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and third-party services.
- Build middleware and microservices that transform and orchestrate data across distributed systems.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity across complex integration landscapes.
- Define API standards, authentication models, and integration best practices.
- Implement secure integration patterns using OAuth2, JWT, API keys, rate limiting, and related technologies.
- Investigate and resolve complex integration and production issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Produce explicit technical documentation for APIs, services, and integration patterns.
- Partner with engineering teams to shape integration strategy and architecture.
- Share knowledge and mentor others on backend engineering and scalable integration design.

Your Talents… You'll bring experience in backend engineering and systems integration, along with a passion for building reliable, scalable software.

Ideally,



you'll have experience with:

- js and NestJS in production environments.
- Designing and delivering complex enterprise integrations.
- REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous processing.
- Messaging platforms such as SQS or similar event brokers.
- Authentication and authorisation technologies including OAuth2 and JWT.
- Integrating with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, identity providers, or external APIs.
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DocumentDB, or similar databases.
- Microservices, distributed systems, and multi-tenant architectures.
- AWS cloud services and ideally exposure to ServiceNow.
- Containerisation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical teams.
