What You’ll Be Doing:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, rolls, cookies and pastries to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment checks are completed before every shift.
- Follow health and safety guidelines with care and professionalism.
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix and knead dough, and operate bakery equipment safely.
- Oversee the full baking process — from shaping dough to baking, cooling, icing,



and decorating.
- Work efficiently to ensure all customer and store orders are completed on time.
- Communicate with the Owner Manager to maintain supply levels and support smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve daily targets while delivering consistently great results.
- Uphold bakery's high standards of product quality and presentation.
- Assist in maintaining cost controls and supporting the bakery’s overall profitability.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
