With an approx 200-capacity space and a massive weekend crowd, we’ve built a young, hungry crew that genuinely enjoys the hustle. The atmosphere is fast-paced, the community vibe is real, and we need a leader who can step onto the floor, match that energy, and keep the standard high.

- The Crew: Mentoring, training, and backing up a tight-knit, energetic team.
- The Floor: Running seamless, high-volume shifts and keeping the atmosphere electric.
- The Standard: Making sure RSA compliance, licensing, and venue presentation are always flawless.

- Solid leadership experience in a busy pub or high-volume bar environment.
- A natural knack for managing people - you know how to motivate a younger team, keep morale high, and handle floor drama with ease.
- An ACT RSA and Approved Manager notice (or the ability to grab one quickly).
