We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our talented team and continue delivering an exceptional bar experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about premium hospitality, thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys developing people as much as creating memorable guest experiences.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years experience in managing premium restaurant or cocktail bars, as a Senior Bartender or Bar Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, Australian spirits and producers and wine
- Experience training and developing bartenders
- Experience with beverage operations, including inventory management, ordering, wastage,



labour management and service management
- Ability to work collaboratively within the wider management team across FOH, BOH and Wine to ensure excellence in guest experience
