About the Opportunity

We’re looking for Barista staff who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you love talking to people and have a passion for great cookies and coffee, this is the perfect role for you! As part of the ButterBoy team,



you’ll be delivering outstanding customer service, working with specialty coffee, making connections with our customers, and contributing to the fun and welcoming atmosphere of our store.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

- Exceptional Customer Service: A natural ability to welcome customers and provide a top-notch service experience.
- 1 year+ barista experience in a speciality coffee environment
- Exceptional latte art
- Experience with Single O coffee is a plus!
- Hospitality Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles within the hospitality industry.
- A positive, resilient attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the store, ensuring a great environment for customers and staff.
- Communication Skills: Clear and friendly communication with both customers and team members.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable using a POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
