We're looking for warm, energetic café all-rounders to help bring our brand to life and create a space where people and pups feel instantly welcome. Role Description As a Barista & Cafe all-rounder at Dogge, you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, including operating espresso machines and maintaining coffee standards. You will assist with food preparation and presentation, manage orders, and keep service areas clean and well-organized.
Daily tasks include welcoming guests,
providing attentive customer service, and supporting a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors and their dogs. You will also help with basic shop duties such as restocking, handling transactions, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- 12+ months' experience in a similar hospitality role
- Supervisor or Team Leader experience
- Friendly, reliable and service-driven team player
- Comfortable communicating with customers and handling feedback
- Team-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Available to work weekends
- A genuine love of dogs ?is a must
