We're looking for an experienced, passionate Barista to join our growing team at Choochii's. If you're serious about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced café setting, and take pride in producing consistently exceptional coffee, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
- Prepare high quality coffee with consistency and attention to detail.
- Dial in espresso and confidently make grinder adjustments throughout the day to maintain quality.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude. Maintain a clean and organised coffee station.
Assist with opening and closing duties. Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch services.
Essential Requirements
*Minimum 2 years' experience as a Barista.
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and grinder adjustments.
- Ability to dial in coffee throughout the day as conditions change.
Confident working in a high-volume café. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team.
- Weekend availability is essential.
