About Us iBrow Beauty, operated under the Dhillon Family Trust, is a reputable beauty studio located in CS Square, Caroline Springs. We provide a broad range of beauty services including threading, waxing, tinting, facials, body treatments, nail services and makeup. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Beauty Therapist who can deliver high-quality beauty treatments, maintain salon standards, and provide exceptional service to our loyal and expanding clientele.

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of beauty therapy tasks including:

Client Consultation & Skin Analysis

- Discussing client needs and providing personalised treatment recommendations
- Analysing skin characteristics and advising on suitable skincare, beauty treatments, and product use
- Assessing client concerns and determining the most appropriate treatment plan

Make-Up Application

- Applying general cosmetic and corrective make-up
- Recommending makeup shades, products, and techniques based on client features

Nail Services

- Performing manicures and pedicures
- Applying decorative nail art and artificial nails
- Conducting nail repair and specialised hand/foot treatments

Facial, Body & Massage Treatments

- Performing facials, exfoliation,



cleansing and advanced skin treatments
- Providing body treatments such as massages, exfoliation, and relaxation therapies

Hair Removal Services

- Treating unwanted hair through waxing, bleaching, tinting, depilation and electrolysis

Product & Treatment Evaluation

- Evaluating beauty therapy processes, tools and products to ensure protected and effective outcomes
- Recommending and selling appropriate cosmetic and skincare products

Front-of-House Duties

- Receiving bookings, arranging appointments and greeting customers
- Maintaining accurate client records, treatment notes and salon documentation
- Assisting with general salon upkeep, hygiene, and stock management

Skills & Experience Required

- 1-2 years experience as a Beauty Therapist
- Strong skills in threading, waxing, facials, nail services, and make-up
- Good knowledge of skincare products and beauty treatments
- Excellent customer service, communication and professional presentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon environment

Qualifications

- A relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy is preferred but not essential where experience is demonstrated.

Employment Details

- Position: Beauty Therapist (Full-Time)
- Hours: 38 hours per week

* Pay: $70,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
