About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Billing Clerk to provide maternity leave cover within a busy, high-volume Billing Team. This role supports multiple business divisions across Australia and requires someone able to learn and understand complex billing processes, work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Raise and process customer invoices across multiple billing systems (MYOB,



Patriot, Salesforce and other internal systems).
- Process alarm response billing, including supplier invoice validation customer on-charging and dispute management.
- Review and validate subcontractor invoices, purchase orders and pricing before payment approval.
- Prepare manual invoices for products and services.
- Process customer credits and billing adjustments.
- Email invoices and supporting documentation directly to customers or upload to customer portals.
- Assist with monitoring agreement administration and customer account maintenance.
- Support quarterly rebate calculations and billing administration for assisted bureau customers.
- Respond to internal billing queries from technicians, sales teams and customer service.

What’s Required:

- Previous experience in a high-volume billing or accounts role.
- Strong MYOB experience (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong reconciliation skills.
- Ability to interpret customer contracts, purchase orders and pricing schedules.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Patriot or similar ERP/CRM systems would be highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a cooperative team.
