Liaise with external project stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to facilitate the smooth exchange and coordination of BIM data.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure BIM and digital engineering tools are effectively integrated into WT’s wider digital strategy and typical activities.

Lead, mentor & upskill junior-to-intermediate team members, demonstrating best practice digital execution on projects. Provide training and support to project teams in BIM processes and tools.

Conduct reality / point cloud capture of existing conditions; oversee scan-to-BIM & BIM deviation assessment workflows.

Create 3D visualisations or schedule-oriented (4D) animations for project coordination.

Develop WT’s Cost Measurement Requirements for projects and conduct model-based quantity take-offs (5D) for cost planning.
