Underground Bogger Operator - Scotia, Bullen and OK Projects
Redpath Mining | FIFO from any major capital or DIDO Esperance / Kalgoorlie / Kambald Redpath Mining is seeking experienced Bogger Operators to join our underground operations in the Norseman region.
This role offers a 7/7 or 14/14 FIFO or DIDO roster and the chance to work with a highly skilled team committed to safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate underground LHD (bogger) equipment
- Move ore and waste to meet production schedules
- Conduct pre-start checks and report equipment issues promptly
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow traffic management plans and supervisor instructions
- Assist production and services teams when required
- Complete safety documentation and workplace inspections
- Report hazards, incidents and near misses immediately
- Contribute to continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
- Proven underground bogger/LHD operating experience
- Manual driver's licence
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Clear communication skills and a strong safety mindset
