We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Boilermaker to join our Brisbane-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing family-owned business that values quality workmanship, safety, and work-life balance.

About the Role

As a Boilermaker with Austwide Cranes, your responsibilities will include:

- Fabricating and welding structural steel and crane components to engineering specifications.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
- Carrying out high-quality welding and fabrication work.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards and company procedures.
- Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Assisting with the manufacture, installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead cranes and lifting equipment.
- Working overtime and travelling interstate when required.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker) or equivalent qualification.




- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong fabrication and welding skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Mechanical aptitude, with experience working on overhead cranes or industrial machinery highly regarded.
- A current driver's licence.
- A positive attitude and a team-first approach.
