About the role An excellent opportunity to join a well established Chartered Accounting business with a diverse range of clients. Optima Partners is seeking experienced Bookkeepers to join our growing team in Osborne Park.

As a full-time Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality bookkeeping services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing The full spectrum of bookkeeing responsibilities including

- Accounts receivable and payable

- Payroll processing

- Bank reconciliations

- Preparation of BAS/PAYG and super obligations

- Reporting, either monthly or quarterly

- Liaising directly with clients regarding bookkeeping issues/questions

- Travel to client premises as required

What we're looking for

Experience with XERO and MYOB

- Experience in a professional accounting or bookkeeping practice in Australia (desirable)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines





- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills·

- Confidence in building client relationships

- XERO Practice Manager experience would be highly regarded, but not essential
