Job Title: Experienced Bookkeeper (Property Tree Expert Required)

About the Role:
We are a Real Estate company based in Rose Bay looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. You will handle day-to-day accounts, reconciliations, and financial processing with a heavy focus on real estate trust accounting. Experience using Property Tree software is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Performing daily bank and trust account reconciliations
- Processing landlord disbursements and owner statements
- Liaising with property managers and clients
- Maintaining accurate records within Property Tree
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience (minimum 2 years)
- Hands-on, experience using Property Tree
- Solid knowledge of trust accounting principles and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
