The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Branch Manager to lead a well-established and highly profitable operation in Bundaberg.
This is a genuine business leadership role with full responsibility for branch performance, including P&L; management, business development, customer relationships, operational delivery and team leadership.
You'll have the autonomy to run the branch like your own business while being supported by a successful national organisation with significant growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team across sales, service, workshop and administration
- Drive branch profitability and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and secure current business opportunities
- Manage branch operations, budgets, inventory and resources
- Promote a strong safety and performance culture
- Deliver sustainable growth across existing and new customer accounts
About You
You are an experienced Branch Manager, Operations Manager,
Service Manager or Business Manager from the hydraulics industry and have a strong track record of delivering commercial results.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven hydraulics or fluid power industry experience
- Strong P&L; management experience
- Commercial and business development capability
- Experience leading technical or trade-based teams
- A track record of delivering growth and profitability
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent operational leadership capability
This role requires direct experience within hydraulics, fluid power, hydraulic service and repair, hydraulic components, hydraulic engineering, or a closely related sector.
Candidates without hydraulics industry experience are unlikely to be successful in this process.
