As we continue to grow our presence across Queensland, we're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of our Queensland operation across the construction and logistics sectors.
This is an opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and creating something long-term. You'll have the autonomy to grow the Queensland market, develop strong client partnerships and, as the branch expands, build and lead a high-performing team with the support of our national leadership.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and grow the Queensland branch, driving client partnerships, candidate delivery and business growth across the construction and logistics sectors
- Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients
- Attend client sites to understand workforce requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage recruitment delivery across a range of civil construction, logistics and manufacturing roles
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a high standard of service throughout the recruitment process
- Oversee candidate onboarding, compliance and ongoing account management
- Work closely with the national team to deliver consistent service and support branch growth
- Develop and mentor future team members as the Queensland operation expands
- Manage branch performance, KPIs and contribute to the continued growth of the Zancott brand
What we're looking for:
- Proven recruitment experience within construction and/or logistics (essential)
- Experience building client relationships and developing current business opportunities
- Strong understanding of the Australian labour market, awards and compliance requirements
- Confident attending client sites and building relationships face-to-face
- A self-motivated, commercially minded recruiter who wants to take ownership of a market
- Leadership experience, or the ambition to step into a branch leadership role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Valid Australian working rights
