RapidQS is seeking a long-term personality to become the face of our brand. This is not a standard, one-off acting gig. We are building the most-watched media presence in the residential construction space, and we need a real-world builder to anchor our shows, short-form digital media, and live industry events.

While professionally produced content will remain an important part of the role, we are equally focused on creating authentic, high-volume content that provides genuine value to builders and construction businesses. We'd like someone equally comfortable delivering a polished show or jumping on a smartphone creating a Instagram Story and having a yarn with builders on a Tuesday afternoon.

Important: You must have genuine, real-world experience on a construction site. We are looking for authentic industry authority—someone who actually understands estimating, running projects, dealing with clients, and the day-to-day realities of the trade.

You love the trade, you run a tight site, and you know exactly what drives builders mental. You've always been the sharpest bloke on site. The one who can talk to an apprentice, a high-end client, or a supplier with total ease. You don't take yourself too seriously, but you take your craft incredibly seriously.

Educational & Thought Leadership Content

- Deliver practical advice around estimating, quoting, profitability, business systems and scaling construction businesses. You'll be a sponge ... wanting to learn if you don't already possess all of this knowledge.




- Share informed opinions on industry trends, challenges and emerging opportunities.
- Help identify topics the industry should be discussing and contribute ideas for future content.
- Work alongside RapidQS’ technical experts to simplify complex construction and commercial concepts into engaging, practical content.

Flagship Productions

- Host professionally produced episodic content, documentaries and series.
- Present long-form YouTube content, podcasts and interview-style productions.
- Develop recurring content series that builders actively follow and engage with.

Industry Engagement

- Represent RapidQS at trade shows, supplier events, workshops and networking functions throughout Australia and Current Zealand.
- Conduct interviews with builders, manufacturers, suppliers and industry leaders.
- Build genuine relationships within the construction community and help position RapidQS as a trusted industry authority.
