, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily breakfast operation, ensuring seamless service, maintaining high food safety and presentation standards, and leading the team to provide exceptional service in line with Accor's Heartist values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the breakfast team during service.
- Ensure a smooth and effective breakfast operation from setup to close.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and promptly resolve guest enquiries.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food replenishment and quality presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
- Coach, train, and support team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
- Promote a positive team culture and lead by example.
